The main events for Friday and Saturday will be held at Curtis Hixon Park
Yes! The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday events are held indoors. On Friday and Saturday, the events are held outside at Curtis Hixon Park but will happen rain or shine.
All Tampa Bay Wine and Food Festival week events are 100% all-inclusive. Your tickets to the Wednesday through Saturdays events cover all food and drink.
Yes. Specialty Wheelchairs are available at registration and can be used to navigate at our outdoor events. For more information, contact info@tampabaywff.com.
On Saturday, you can bring almost anything you need to enjoy a day in the sun! You are welcome to bring chairs, towels, strollers, beach bags, and purses. Note: all bags will be searched at the entrance.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- weapons of any kind
- drugs
- pets (unless certified and wearing the service vest)
- outside food and drink
- very large bags/suitcases
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, contact us at info@tampabaywff.com. Limited vendor opportunities and activations must include at least a 10×10 interactive experience to be considered for the festival. Please send a brief description to info@tampabaywff.com.
We are accepting press pass applications for the 2025 festival at info@tampabaywff.com. The deadline for applications is March 7, 2025. Accepted press will be notified via email and credentials will be sent on March 31st.
Proudly! A portion of all proceeds from the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival benefits the COMMUNITY INITIATIVES FOUNDATION (“CI Foundation“). CI Foundation’s program EAT SMART fulfills the perfect balance between youth nutrition and childhood development by providing healthy weekend meals and nutritional guidance. They do this by creating a program in various schools that ensures growth, inspiration, and all around fulfillment of happiness. The goal is to ensure success in their futures.

Tickets must be purchased in advance for all events with exception of Saturday’s Main Event. There will be tickets available at the gate for Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 1:00 – 6:00 PM or until sold out.
All ages are welcome at Saturday’s festival!
Children under 10 enter for free on Saturday, April 12th!
Please note that in order to enjoy open bar, anyone under 40 must show valid ID to obtain a 21+ wrist band.
The rest of Tampa Bay WFF Week (April 8-11th) include events that are strictly 21+.
All sales are final for all ticket types.
Tickets are non-refundable. We employ a strict no cancellation policy, however we do allow tickets to be transferred. If you are no longer able to attend, you may gift or sell your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket is not relevant, only the unique bar code is used to qualify entry.
Note that the unique bar code can only be scanned once. Copied or forged tickets are easily detected at the gate and refused entry.
Purchaser Terms & Conditions: Eventbrite is the exclusive authorized ticket outlet for this event. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Lineup and event details subject to change. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. Must be over the age of 21 and present a valid government ID at entrance for all events excluding Saturday, April 13th which is open to all ages. By purchasing your ticket, you are voluntarily agreeing to attending the event at your own risk and agree to release and hold harmless CI Management, Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival, Event Officials, Event sponsors, event venues, and any additional entities and persons associated directly and indirectly from any claims or injuries associated with the event taking place or events associated with the event week. In addition, all attendees expressly waive their right to trial, right to sue, or right to request damages. Venue reserves the right to deny entry to highly intoxicated ticket holders. Event is rain or shine. Backpacks of all sizes are subject to be checked by security upon arrival.
Events for the Tampa Bay Wine and Food Festival will be photographed and videod. TBWFF organizers may capture photographs or videos during the event. Your attendance constitutes consent for these images to be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
