2025 Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival
The Tampa Bay Wine and Food Festival will take place annually in the spring to celebrate the culinary talents of the incredible chefs and gastronomic masters in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and its surrounding areas. The five-day destination event will feature a variety of experiences that will bring together national wine and spirits producers and brands curated to highlight and celebrate the remarkable culinary abilities throughout the Tampa Bay area. The event will support and benefit local charitable initiatives in the Tampa Bay area with Community Initiatives Foundation’s EAT SMART campaign, whose mission is to support the health and wellness of our youth in the festival destination.
CI Management, the team behind some of South Florida’s leading wine and food festivals and experiences, are ready to celebrate the best of the Tampa Bay area bringing together national brands to assist in highlighting the incredible culinary arts in Tampa and its surrounding areas for a weekend of events and celebrations, in support of community initiatives that engage the future leaders of the area.
Event Beneficiary
Community Initiatives Foundation (CIF), is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that enables corporations and individuals to work together on projects that impact their local community. CIF is responsible for developing community outreach programs, educational initiatives, youth empowerment and mentoring programs, as well as the flagship Initiative “EAT SMART”, which targets significant deficiencies in youth health and nutrition.
While the TAMPA BAY WFF partner charity is Community Initiatives Foundation (CIF), proceeds from the event are earmarked to benefit CIF’s “EAT SMART” program, an initiative that launched in January 2016, which will expand into the Tampa Bay area in 2023. EAT SMART focuses on the battle against childhood hunger, childhood obesity and finding the perfect balance through nutritional awareness and individual development. EAT SMART powered by the South Beach Challenge, adopts 6-8th grade students on the Statewide Free or Reduced meal plan and tracks their development throughout the school year, with an ince tive based program encouraging and awarding students for their progress with exercise and nutrition challenges to create consistent healthy lifestyle choices. Partnering sponsors, restaurants and chefs of the South Beach Seafood Festival have committed to hosting in-school cooking demonstrations & field trips highlighting healthy habits and eating on a budget. The program culminates each summer with the graduates participating with other children in their community in Youth Fitness Clinics, where they engage in fun activities and the benefits of exercising.
