MEAT MARKET – $350 Per Person
From prime cuts to artisanal selections, indulge in a 5-course seated dinner, created by celebrity chef, Chef Robert Irvine, owner and executive chef of Meat Market, Chef Sean Brasel, and honorary chef host, Chef Fernando Desa of Goya Foods for a dinner unlike any other presented by Official Meat Purveyor, Meats by Linz. Meat Market features carefully curated cuts, presented by Meats by Linz, fresh seafood and unique wine and spirits pairings with the help of Breakthru Beverage and presented by Hendricks Gin & Balvenie, to make this dinner one to remember with a chef lineup that can’t be beat.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the host hotel, Epicurean, in the Theatre Kitchen, featuring Executive Chef Jon Atanacio and hosted by Official Meat Purveyor, Meats by Linz, and a master class through the history and aged portfolio of Glenfiddich Scotch Whisky, hosted by Brand Ambassador, Lorne Cousin, with wines paired by exclusive wine and spirits provider Breakthru Beverage. Chef Jon and the team will craft an exquisite TEN-COURSE tasting menu celebrating the art of fine dining, where Chef will be trying out some new dishes to add to their menu this season.
