CI Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces and operates the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival on behalf of Tampa Bay WFF Foundation Inc.

Proceeds from the festival support charitable initiatives and programs operated by CI Foundation Inc., including the EAT SMART program, which promotes youth health, nutrition education, and healthy lifestyle habits in the Tampa Bay area.
